The series of production of nano-sized zeolite ZSM-5 molecular sieve ( aluminosilicate type)
This series of zeolite molecular sieve includes the types DNZ-01, DNZ-02 and DNZ-03, which are widely used as catalysts in the production of oil-refining, petrochemical engineering and fine chemical syntheses, such as catalytic cracking, performance-improving of gasoline,decreasing freezing point of diesel oil and aromatization and etc.. The patent for invention for the large-scale hydrothermal production technology of nano-sized zeolite ZSM-5 molecular sieves and the powder synthesis technology of nano-sized zeolite molecular sieves has already been applied for with the application No.03111069 and the publication No.CN.1436726, the technology fruit of which was awarded the second-grade prize of national science and technology progress in 2003.
